How would you like to enjoy the process of getting fit for once?
If you're tired of feeling overweight and exhausted and want to ease into healthier choices with a coach that's non-judgmental, humorous and supportive, then let me help.
You are just trying to do the best you can in this world. You've developed strategies to deal with stress, get through the work day, and have enough energy to spend time with loved ones. Some of your strategies are unconsciously created and not very effective. So, I will show you other healthier strategies that you may not have considered. Plus belly laughs are good for your abs as well as your immune system.
I'll show you how to burn fat, get leaner and stronger, and be healthier for LIFE... no matter what your age or your current state of fitness.
Workouts must be structured, measurable, effective, varied and most of all... FUN!
Your training session may include any or all of the following:
Creative cardio - interval workouts for running, swimming, biking, elliptical, dancing or whatever crazy option you pick to make you sweat.
Resistance training - using your own body weight, free weights, bands, cables, medicine balls, small puppies, etc. to challenge and build your muscle.
Stretching - At the end of your workout, I will take you through a rewarding stretch which not only helps recovery, but helps prevent injuries and reduce stress. Have you ever had assisted stretching? It's heaven.
Sessions are 1 hour.
